No. The monthly price you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprise costs. Everything is included in your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
For the most part, yes. The lower tiers of our subscriptions are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Due to the development involved, higher tiers (Gold & Platinum) have a minimum commitment of 6-12 months depending on the bespoke project requirements.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I downgrade my plan?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct debit for UK businesses. Payment is processed automatically each month.

Do I need my own hosting?
No. All our packages include hosting on our secure, reliable infrastructure. We handle all technical aspects including SSL certificates, backups, security, and updates.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes! You can either transfer your existing domain to us or keep it with your current registrar and point it to our servers. We'll handle all the technical setup.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. All our websites are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. This is essential for both user experience and SEO.
Can I update my website myself?

How long does it take to build a website?
Entry tier sites typically launch within 1-2 weeks from receiving all of your supporting business information. Standard sites take 2-3 weeks. Gold and Platinum tier projects with e-commerce or membership systems typically take longer. Timeline depends on content readiness and complexity but we will endevor to get somthing live promptly whilst working on other features in the background.

Our free directory is a searchable database of shooting businesses. You get a profile page with contact details, opening hours, photos, and the ability to post events and news - all at zero cost. It's perfect for getting discovered online. We are activly devolping this and hope to put it live in the coming weeks.
Do you provide SEO services?
Yes! All our websites are built with SEO best practices. Higher tiers include enhanced SEO with keyword research, content optimization, and ongoing SEO management. We also offer dedicated SEO services as part of our digital marketing packages.
Can you help with social media?
Absolutely! We offer social media management packages starting from £15/month. This includes content creation, posting schedules, engagement monitoring, and analytics. Higher tiers include video content and paid advertising management.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes! We develop custom mobile applications for iOS and Android. This is perfect for member apps, booking systems, or branded experiences. Contact us for a custom quote based on your requirements.
What email services do you offer?
We offer three tiers: Basic email hosting (£4/month per mailbox), Microsoft 365 (£7/month per user with Office Online), and Microsoft 365 Business (£15/month per user with full Office suite). All include professional email with your domain name.
UK Licensing & Compliance
What are the proposed UK licensing changes?
There's a consultation underway to align Section 2 (shotgun) licensing with Section 1 (firearms) rules, which would add medical checks, threat assessments, and stricter requirements. Additionally, there are proposals requiring shooting ranges and clubs to manage member information online and maintain detailed records.
How can Range8 Digital help with compliance?
Our membership management systems are designed to track member licensing information, expiry dates, and compliance requirements. We can help you set up digital record-keeping systems that will meet the new regulatory requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
When do I need to implement these systems?
While the regulations aren't finalized yet, it's wise to prepare now. Implementing digital systems takes time, and being proactive ensures you're ready when the requirements come into effect. Plus, these systems improve your business efficiency immediately.

What kind of support do you provide?
All packages include email & online ticket support with prompt response times. Higher tier packages include priority support. We also provide training on how to use your systems and can offer ongoing technical consultation.
Do you provide training?
Yes! We provide comprehensive training on how to use your website, manage content, process orders, and use any custom systems we build for you. Additional training sessions for very bespoke and complex solutions are available at an additional cost.
What if I need changes to my website?
Every tier includes a content management system (CMS) that will allow you to update your own site easily and efficiently. You can request changes, new features, or content updates, and where reasonable and feasable we will accommodate them. For more bespoke and complex requests, additional fees may apply.
