You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Services will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to services until the end of the billing period.

We retain ownership of our proprietary platforms, tools, and systems used to deliver services.

7. Service Level and Support

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7.2 Support

Support is provided via email with response within 24 hours on business days. Support levels vary by subscription tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Range8 Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Range8 Digital harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
